Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. ”

“Hotel was great but they gave away my 2 queen room and i had to settle with a one bed room they had available. I had to sleep on the pull out couch which was not comfortable. I booked a more than 6 months in advance and needed a 2 queen room no idea how this happened ”

Stayed for Coachella and it was only 13 mins to get back once we exited the festival parking lot! Microwave and ac included. Staff was helpful when we made a mistake adding later check out.”

“I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs.”

“I booked this property to spend time with my family who are spread across California. The property was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family. The gameroom was a big hit!! Everything was clean and organized and the property manager was very efficient and responded to any questions promptly. The outside pool area was very beautiful unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there so we didn't get the chance to enjoy the outside area. This is an excellent property and would……

“We stayed on night at the Borrego Valley Inn. We loved our room and the quiet and beautiful surroundings. Rustic cabin-like room with large terra cotta floor tiles and very clean. I recommend this place if you ever stay overnight in Borrego Springs. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was light with fresh brewed coffee. All in all, very pleasant experience.”
