“If you’re staying here for Coachella be prepared to get the run around and deal with rude management! They charge you the full amount of your stay a week before your stay without a warning. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room the entire 4 days we stayed there and we kept asking for them to come. So they said they’d refund us a whole whopping $30 for that inconvenience and now they’re refusing to give the refund. They keep saying they did refund me and they did not. I stayed here 2 years in a row……

“It was a nice hotel, I loved the theme and decor, larger rooms, clean. It had a pool being refinished and one of the restaurants was closed for remodeling as well. I wish they had stated the price for the dog. I think it is pricey though for what it is. It is located in Borrego Springs and because there are not many hotels, people seek that one most. It could also be that we caught it in a transition phase and they are upgrading a lot of things. As for what it is, at the moment I was there,……

Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs.”
