"The location is excellent - right on the Green and near bus stops including the free bus from the train station. There is a great little market on the first floor of the building. The owner was very responsive to questions, but our visit was marred by the fact that the smoke detector chirped every 23 seconds day and night. The owner knew about this from the moment we checked in but did not fix it during the 2 days we were there. Until this is fixed he should warn renters ahead of time so...

"Great little downtown apartment! Small - good for up to two people. Nicely appointed and decorated, great sectional sofa, big TVs where we wanted them. Host was kind and helpful and accommodating. Location is pretty much across State St from the State Street RR Station, a block and a half from the Green, and near everything. Orange Street (half a block away) has a ton of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!"

"To be honest with you overall the stay was decent. The host was very accommodating for us as we wanted to check in early due to our flight, arriving in the morning. When we had issues with the linens needing to be changed I called our host she was super responsive and immediately had housekeeping there to rectify our issues. The only thing I could say about the property is the furniture, especially in the living area needs to be updated. Also, the property could use some TLC when it comes to the...
