"El hotel está super bien ubicado para poder ir caminando al centro de Chester y el Market está literalmente a media cuadra y hay de todo incluyendo muy buenos desayunos. Pero la entrada al hotel casi que da miedo, es un medio sótano oscuro y muy sucio y maloliente. Las indicaciones para llegar a la recepción no son claras o hasta creo inexistentes por lo que uno se siente perdido e inseguro después de pasar esa entrada terrible. Fuimos al restaurante y aparte del servicio muy amable la comida muy rica también. El gran y serio problema fue con la limpieza. Los tres días tuvimos que llamar, repetidas veces pues cuesta un mundo que contesten en recepción y hasta tuvimos que salir a buscar quien nos ayudaba. Resulta que al fin arreglaron el cuarto pero oh sorpresa sólo una toalla para bañarnos. A llamar de nuevo y al rato aparece una Srta riéndose diciendo que que suerte la nuestra pues esa era la única que quedaba en todo el hotel! Nunca le encontré la gracia y que no habían alfombritas ( de esas de paño también) para poner en el piso al salir de la tina. Resulta que en el check out nos contaron que 3 de los 4 spdias que estuvimos habían tenido un gran problema con los “linens” cosa que no es mi problema en un hotel de casi $200 la noche y en todo caso pudieron habernos explicado la situación. Tampoco fue para nosotros muy agradable pues al no tener una ducha teníamos que ayudarnos a entrar y salir de la tina,lo pedí con anticipación por problemas de movilidad."
