"Always friendly staff to greet you on arrival at the Liner Hotel . The rooms are always clean ,there was no air-conditioning in our budget room but we was provided with a very powerful fan .We recieved free drinks vouchers because it was my husbands birthday. "

"Great location (walking distance from key sightseeing places), beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great, staff helpful and all facilities and rooms working excellent. The pool was timed due to the busy season but otherwise a perfect stay. Highly recommended for everyone. For management, I suggest improving sofa beds, they can always be better!"

"This hotel is in an ideal location right in the heart of the shops and food outlets. It has a resting seat as soon as you come through the front door for us with mobility problems, or if you’re just knackered. The reception has free tea and coffee available all day/night. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You can store your bags before and after check in for your convenience. The room was amazingly clean and fresh, it had a window with pulldown blind so we could choose to see our kids or not in their sofa bed while keeping our privacy if needed. The bathroom was clean with washer and dryer in it. The shower was a good powerful quality. The bath was clean and plenty of clean fresh towels. It also ha tv in room and living space as well as a fully kitted out kitchen with full size fridge, ideal for longer stays and medications. And dining seating. Would 100% recommend this hotel and the price is cheaper than horrible other hotels we have stayed in at Liverpool."

"Even though the location is in a busy party area, once you’re in the hotel, you hear absolutely nothing. Everywhere is walkable, so the location was very convenient. Staff was welcoming and friendly and the room had everything we needed. The ac worked great, and it was so nice to have a kettle, microwave, and small fridge. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool

"Property is in a good location. Grade listed building in good condition. Unfortunately the rooms were too hot, the air conditioning didn’t work. Fans were provided but they just moved warm air around. We booked 2 rooms and had to swap with our sons as the bed was too small for them in their room. All of us had very little sleep due to the rooms being too hot. We should have complained at check out but we were just too tired with having a busy day/night with very little sleep."
