Tanisha is Quick w/responses to any of my questions. Condo is exactly as described in listing. Very well maintained condo. Lite Snacks provided as well as cups cutlery and plates. Everything works stove microwave refrigerator AC dishwasher etc. Loved the balcony with pool views and 4 lounge chairs. Check in/Out process was smooth and easy.……

“This was a comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with a well-appointed kitchen. We were in town for a horse show at the NRG Arena, and this location was very close - just 3 minutes away at non-peak traffic times. That sure was convenient when we had to come in late at night and leave early in the morning. We wish we had had more time to just relax in the apartment - the large living room would have been a great place to rest, if we could have. Maybe next year! We really hope to rent this same……

“This was an apartment and the owner was strictly prohibited from renting it. They found his listing on your website and were very upset. The apartment harassed me and threatened to lock me out. They did lock me out of the main gate. They put the stickers on my car everyday, that i had to buy a razor blade to get off even though i parked in the vistor parking. They constantly knocked on the door and bothered harrased me. This was a horrible experience.”

“My family and I were in town for medical reasons and we wanted a place to stay near the medical center. Because our stay was for 2 weeks, we wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer. I could not be happier with the location, gated community, cleanliness and aesthetics of the condo, as well as easy access to Kroger and Target. “The location of this townhouse was great! Downtown Sugarland is only minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The townhouse was functional. When it was just the two of us there was more than enough room. When there was 4 of us it was a little tight because of a lack of seating. The kitchen could use more coffee mugs, bowls, skillets etc. The couch can seat 4, but not comfortably. The couch was very uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom did not have a bed. It had a blowup mattress. Perfectly fine……
