"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "Absolutely stunning property, central location and wonderful staff. No AC which is common and not a big deal as the windows open and many fans are provided for each room. Would recommend this stay to anyone coming to Thun!"

"Amazing location. Staff were great and friendly. Coffee machine downstairs was a good touch. Rooms were cleaned everyday and had all basic amenities. Rooftop terrace was awesome! Would've been nice if the rooms also had their own kettle/coffee machine area."

"Excellent base for exploring Jungfrau region. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was much more stylish than we’d expected from the pictures and we loved the view of the mountains from the room. The only disappointment was only one of the restaurants was open despite the website saying both would be open all year round. As we’d specifically chosen the hotel for its restaurant options (particularly as we’re both vegan) this did impact our stay. Luckily we found a few other good options in Wengen and interlaken! "
