The elevator was out of service during my entire visit, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs extremely inconvenient, and the stairs were difficult to walk on. I stayed for three nights and the bedding was never changed — it was only slightly straightened, and sometimes even the trash was not taken out. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I would not stay here again."
