We ended up checking in to a close by hotel that we had made reservations for and checking right out because it was absolutely disgusting. We went over to Hampton Inn and luckily, Crystal was able to help us book the last available room in the hotel. I have to say, we had an amazing stay here. The staff was truly so nice, respectful and accommodating. The rooms and the hotel were super clean. They served breakfast every morning in the lobby and it was pretty good!! The property was very updated and clean. It had a warm breakfast breakfast buffet every morning eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt and juices. Enough to get you by until lunch. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. The only negative thing that I have to say is that I was there for four nights and housekeeping only came in once. However, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Marriott Residence Inn over the holidays (2015) and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and well supplied. I was amazed by the breakfast that was served daily- a FULL breakfast buffet, including eggs, toast, waffles, sausage, etc... (not just rolls/muffins) and during the week there was a dessert bar some evenings. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. It was very helpful that the laundry center was located on our floor (2nd).

I liked how clean and updated the property was.. it was in a great location and the rooms were nice. The bed, sheets and pillows were also welcoming I slept so good. I also loved the complimentary breakfast they provided it was so many options & the food was fresh. I will most definitely come back to this hotel 10/10

When booking any hotel through a travel site you are taking a bit of a risk, not knowing for certain what room you will get. We read about the noisy side and the quite side, the noise side facing the downtown area. The room we had at Luminary could not have been better. Spectacular view of the Caloosahatchee River. We had nothing to want for in the room. The location was fabulous. The neighborhood that it’s placed against is full of shops, brew pubs, pizza places all within 50 yards of the...

The staff was excellent I felt at home. We had no transportation they were very accommodating to shuttle us to dinner and back a shout out to gene alan and Nancy for their service and making us feel welcome. When we return to this area we certainly will stay again.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay there. The room was comfy with a great bathroom. The location in the River District meant we were close to attractions like the Edison + Ford mansions, great restaurants and interesting nightlife. The staff was efficient and friendly, especially Maria who provided information about the places to go and answered all our questions. The hotel was an important part of our wonderful trip to the Fort Myers area.

Pleasant experience, helpful, kind, pleasant, patience staff. The woman here when we were checking was fairly new, computers were not working very fast and there were about 6 separate guests checking in. She remained pleasant and composed. Checking out was also a breeze.

This hotel met all of our needs for our one night stay. It was conveniently located near the airport, clean, friendly staff and a walk away to a restaurant for a quick bite to eat. It was a rainy night when we arrived, and they had complimentary umbrellas to borrow when going out for the night. A nice touch, I thought! I would definitely recommend this place.
