“Didn't end up staying here. Called staff days before saying what time we would be there. They called to confirm and run the card while I was flying in. Gave me 1 hour to respond. When we landed we tried to call for an hour could not get through. We drove there in a bad storm for the guy to extremely rude and said they sold our room.
