“False advertising and completely unacceptable. The address provided by Expedia led to an American Best Value Inn in Knob Noster, but there was no sign identifying the hotel I booked and no clear indication that the property listed on Expedia was located there. There was also no way to reach the front desk.
When I arrived at the address, the hotel appeared to be located behind the main building. There were two separate buildings, and the property looked very shady and more like an apartment……

“Very friendly and helpful staff! Room was spacious and clean. Property had been nicely updated. Good ac in room. Granddaughters loved the swimming pool.
Will stay again, and would recommend.
Only thing I wish had been different was brighter bathroom lighting. Beautiful large mirror, but lighting was very dim.”
