"It was a unique experience. The check in was the most uncomfortable of the stay. While every staff member was amazing, the person who checked us in was ready to go home. Rude , no eye contact, just rushing the entire situation. I understand if he is overwhelmed over worked but bad service to have him upfront while he is not giving good service. It made me feel not valued and just not a good start to vacation. Due to the weather we lost power and water for some time. Reason we decided to check out one day earlier on one room. They literally did not even hear us out at all and said no no no to any type of refund shoot even offer some drinks. Anything but the attitude. Another rude employee during check out. Thank you for expedia that did their best to try to assist us. Instead of rejection right away. Allowing the manager to speak to us would have been more appropriate"

You wont regretted. Food its delicious jacussi amd swimming pool real clean . The whole campus amazing. And the price its great. Also they have all the clinics just a hallway away. Ist very convenient. Good job. I give it 110 *********"

"Excellent hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and everyone from the valet team to the hotel staff was great. Valet parking is right in front of the hotel. It was busy when I checked out, and they accidentally brought me the wrong car 😂 No big deal, just a funny moment. I’ll definitely stay here again!"
