“昭和〜平成初期の中古マンションをリノベーションして宿泊施設として活用したホテル。家のような感覚で過ごすのが好きな人に良いと思います。 部屋によって当たり外れはあるかと思いますが、私が泊まった部屋はTVのリモコンが反応悪く電池切れ気味、電気ポットの底が焦げ付いていて異臭がする（前の宿泊者がラーメンでも沸かした？）、備え付けのフライパンや鍋の取っ手が無い、窓枠が黒カビだらけなどの難点はありましたが、それ以外は大変居心地良く、ベッドもバスルームもトイレも清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 近辺にホテルの無いエリアなので、三田線沿いのこの辺りに用事のある人には最適かと思います。”

“金額でみたら安いので、それなりの宿泊施設です。清潔感を気にされない人は問題ないと思います。 お風呂は排水の流れがよくないのが、逆流して水が溜まりますので改善が必要かと。”

“This is not an actual hotel, more of an extremely budget BnB. If I had known there was a lock box system I would not have booked this, the space is quaint and small, however, there was a bottle cap in the bed and hair that was obviously not mine (my hair is brown and curly and had found a straight black hair). We booked another hotel as the room had no sound proofing and upstairs footsteps could be heard. I wouldn't recommend staying here, however the location isn't bad and price was also……
