The property lies in a hilly and quiet location at 6 kms of the well known city of Todi. From the property you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view on the landscape and Todi self (you can also see the church Santa Maria della Consolazione). The property is suitable for max 11 persons and there is also a baby cot available. The house is subdivided into 3 apartments. Each has a living/ding room with kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom. The smallest is suitable for 2 persons. The second one has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other has 2 single beds . The biggest one has 2 double bedroom (it's possible to add an extra bed in one bedroom). The 3 apartments have all fridge, cooking corner, oven, TV, toaster, american coffee machine and Wi-fi internet connection. There is a washing machine in one apartment. Shops and supermarkets are all available at 6 kms in the city of Todi. The nearest restaurant is at 1,3 kms from the property (Trattoria Cibocchi), many more available in and around Todi.
