The basins are quite small so water gets splash everywhere. I found the beds and pillow quite uncomfortable although my companions were ok with them so it’s personal preference. You will be expected to walk quite a distance to the station but the location is between ueno and asakusa and very close to the kitchenware street. Staff were nice and greets guest coming in and out of the hotel. Although it may have been "small" compared to some hotels we've stayed in, it was much larger than our previous stay in Tokyo. Within the space there is a full kitchenette, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and space for 4 to sleep comfortably. Pretty impressive for a hotel that is so close to so many attractions and transportation options in such a huge city.
