Excellent hotel. Decent room size for Japan, very close to shopping/dining in Roppongi Hills and metro system. They give you the option of a eco cleaning where they leave new towels outside your door which I loved and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. Will stay here again.

Overall, a reasonable stay. We arrived early and were hoping for an early check in but not possible. Rooms are pretty small and tight, but ok for Tokyo. Was disappointed however that the staff on the night before we due to leave would not call and reserve us a taxi for the morning of our flight. Gave us a number to call. That's just wrong.

Everything was good since the location was very close to the metro station. Only gripe I would have is there is not enough ventilation in the washrooms. In a high humidity area you can definitely smell a feint odor.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great hotel in an even better location in the heart Roppongi. Even had views of the Tokyo Tower from our room! Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back in the city.

Very convenient location with easy access to 3 subway lines. Staff are very helpful and trained to deal with foreigners. Lots of other hotels in Tokyo are not so welcoming to international tourists but the team at Remm Roppongi goes out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay.

The room is quite narrower than I expected, (actually, this is my first time staying in Tokyo, so maybe that's why I felt small.) At the morning time, the staff's English is not that fluent. Night shift staff good at English. I was surprised when I checked in the hotel, they charge an extra amenity fee per night. However, their amenity is not that great. (their toothbrush is really tough) Hotel located near subway station and department store.
