“Excellent service, very clean, updated and affordable. Though some may be turned off by the mobile home park next door, it was a great alternative to the in Steamboat over the Holidays. Comfortable room (King Kitchenette) with everything we needed for a short stay. We will happily book there again.”

“The parking lot was empty and there was furniture in it. The screens were ripped and there were mattresses in two of the windows. The pool was not clean and the hot tub had a close sign. The room we were given was being stayed in by someone else and was a mess. It was one of the scariest experiences of my life. We did not stay there so we ended up having to pay twice as much to get a room at a safer hotel.”

“The place was almost exactly as pictured. Very picturesque views as well. They removed the second hot tub which was disappointing and the only hot tub remaining had just been cleaned and was not able to get up to temperature to be used during our stay. When we arrived the water didn’t work, but the manager was very helpful in getting that resolved quickly. The elevator was finicky but very useful for older folks. Overall, the place was clean and fit our party of 18 adults and a pup very well.……
