“Overall it was a nice stay and cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, although not sure if the milk is up to standard as it gave one traveller a bad stomach. Tap water was also questionable. Staff are really friendly, but limited English so can be difficult to communicate. Grounds were beautiful, some work was going on during the stay. Really close to blue falls. ”

“Beautiful mountain paradise, great chalet with impressive design, looking at a mountain and little waterfall out the window. Magical, feels like a personal mountain and waterfall and river. So nice and minutes from DinoLand and the Blue Falls- great hikes and big waterfalls!!!”

“Arrived around midnight after a flight delay. Check-in went well. No drinks or snacks available. Paid $2 USD for a 500 ml bottle of water purchased at the front desk. About 4 minutes from the airport, so lots of noise. Turned on the AC to drown out noise, which worked well. Very comfy bed. Airport shuttle driver was on time and very pleasant the next morning at 6 a.m. to take us back to the airport. This is not the hotel's fault, but beware of greedy taxi drivers. We even asked inside……

“Nice location to the airport with very nice garden vibes on the property. They gave us a 3 am ride to the airport to return - amazing! Grocery store across the street was great and they also have a cute kitty and nice little restaurant on site. They also gave us early check-in as we were an hour early.”

“Adriana, the property owner, was very welcoming. She covered all the logistics clearly and she also arranged for our shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. The room was basic but very comfortable. Our only issue was finding it as Costa Rica does not have street addresses. There was a map and description so we got close but needed help. Our taxi driver was able to phone Adriana for assistsnce.”
