Front desk and hospitality service was excellent, though service at lobby bar was a bit haphazard and at moments a bit pretentious. I expect that this should improve considering how new the property is. All of Downtown Toronto is currently a construction zone, so I expected a bit of noise, but two jackhammers and two backhoes outside my window were not very pleasant when I wanted to sleep past 9:00AM. I imagine it might have been worse if I weren’t on a higher floor. Overall, I did enjoy my stay, but there’s room for improvement with bar/food service, and once neighborhood construction completes it will be a more pleasant experience.
