No Smart TVs so you cannot connect to your streaming services via TV. In-room coffee is terrible (as at most places). It is a very “regular” hotel, nothing sets it apart. Other than you must pay $8/night to park you car. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, comfortable and a good quality for the price. They use Dove products for hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and body wash, which I thought was a good touch. Great location close to airport, shopping, entertainment, and highway. Pool was also great, clean and the hot tub was a nice touch! Our family stayed there for a trip to Canada’s Wonderland and visiting downtown Toronto (we took the subway - also easy to get to from hotel). I would definitely stay there again!

We only stayed overnight but our stay was very comfortable. The bathrooms were impeccable and the beds were clean and comfortable. My only criticism was that there was a strong fragrance or freshener smell when we arrived but I left the front door open a moment to air it out. I would just consider that when prepping rooms since the windows cannot be opened. Staff were friendly and kind, the check in and out process was very easy as well. 10/10!

The room was clean and well-prepared, with fresh towels and a comfortable setup. The staff were friendly, and check‑in was quick and easy. Breakfast offered plenty of options, and one of the kitchen staff was especially passionate—he even showed me how to heat my bread, even though I already had my own way of doing it, but I went along with it. The only downside was that there weren’t enough tables, so we had to wait while holding our plates, which was manageable but noticeable. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I recommend it for families.
