“Excelente atmósfera, lugar seguro y cerca a todo. El staff del hotel es super atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier solicitud o inquietud, el desayuno muy rico, no es el típico desayuno insípido de hotel, muy cálido y casero. Excelente opción muy recomendado. ”

“I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia.”

“Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. ”

“I truly had the best hotel experience i have ever had in South America, in this hotel. The breakfast was iut of this world, the stuff were really amazing, and helpful, and friendly. The hotel were stunning. Probably the most beautiful and authentic i have ever seen. I can't say enough about how pleasant and memorable was my stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would really like to take advantage on this review paragraph, and simply say THANK YOU FOR A REALLY……

“The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site. ”

“Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast……

“Our stay at San Antonio Hotel was not what we expected but if you don't have the same expectations you may be ok staying here. The room was not fresh and modern... it could use some upgrades. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (there was hair on the sink and floor from a previous guest). The toilet seats (which we mentioned) were corroded and needed to be changed (unfortunately, the other room they offered us had the same issue so we did not change). However, the water pressure was great,……
