"We recently stayed at the Garstang Golf and Country Hotel and had the pleasure of booking the Wyre Suite – and what a treat it was! The room was spacious, well-appointed, and truly majestic, with its own private terrace offering beautiful views across the golf course. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. The bathroom was a real highlight – absolutely vast, with a luxurious walk-in shower featuring a rainfall head and an impressively large handcrafted stone bath that added a real touch of indulgence. While the food menu leaned towards the generic side, the service was prompt, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely keen to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was self-serve, which worked perfectly for early tee times, offering a range of options that suited golfers and non-golfers alike. Tip: Book directly with the hotel for the best rates – they’ll do their best to match prices, and it’s worth it for the personal service.
