The Town Hall in Bethnal Green certainly lived up to expectations. It really is excellent, every bit as good as the photos on the website suggest. I was lucky enough to be bumped up to a suite, which was a bonus. It's amazing to be able to find a hotel like this in London: it represents extraordinary value for money, especially if you are able to get a special rate. The next time I am looking for a hotel in London this will be my no. 1 choice, without question, and I will just be hoping I can get a discounted rate again.

My daughter London and I headed to the city of which she was named after in celebration of her high school graduation gift. Our stay was from 6/29-7/6/2016. Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Whitechaple stop on the tube is where you'll find this Holiday Inn. I was a little concerned about the area after reading some previous reviews however my concerns were dispelled once we arrived and made our way there on our own. While we did have to walk through a smallish community to get to our hotel we never felt unsafe, especially being two females traveling alone. The hotel staff was so warm and friendly - we never had a bad experience with anyone from the front desk or restaurant staff. Each day we swung by and asked for directions to different parts of the city or tourist attractions and never did anyone grow tired of assisting us. We got to know certain ones better with our daily chats we had. Our room was just the right size for two people and was so clean.
Some of the best food we had while staying in London could be found at the Holiday Inn whether it was dining in the bar area while watching Euro 2016 or having meals delivered to our room after touring the city all day. When I was disappointed by the food options in the city I knew that if we found nothing appealing that we could always go back to the hotel and have a wonderful tasty meal. We enjoyed out stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return for a future stay.

Very impressed with the whole of our experience here. Very accommodating, they let the family check in four hours early so that we could drop the luggage off. While we filled the forms out, we were treated to complementary glasses of Prosecco and anything we asked for was not too much trouble. So much more than a five star rating.

Upon arrival the room was not ready (although we did arrive) 30 min's before the 3pm check in time, however when we did finally get a room it had 1 bed for 4 of us to sleep in. Not overly impressed as the receptionist was clear that there was 4 us and we booked a the largest available room. Another 30 minutes, waiting for a call (that never happened) we were taken to the same size room with two beds. Then the key didn't work and it all seemed to much trouble to change it so I could access my room!
The room was nice but not 31m SQ family room we paid for.

I arrived after 6 hours drive with a tired baby to be told my reservation hadn't been confirmed. some sort of mix up between Expedia and the central booking team for Hilton. But Andreea was amazing and sorted us out with a room for the duration of our stay and took care of the booking issue without any further fuss to me. She is a shining beacon of customer service. I am very thankful to her for taking all the stress out of the situation so I could just get on with enjoying my trip.

A very pleasant hotel with helpful staff and a decent bar. The staff was helpful an accommodated our early checkin. The room was comfortable, clean and had a mini fridge. Unfortunately in my room the wifi signal was pretty terrible, but other rooms did not seem to suffer from this issue.
