"The first night staying there, there was no hot water. Come to find out the next day that there was an issue with the hot water tank. There is a fridge, portable stove top, and toaster oven but all plugged in to the same power strip so it is very easy to trip the breaker when making breakfast. Majority of the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms do not close easily or at all to where you have to slam them. AC units look as though they were never cleaned, and just left in the windows year long....

"Great air conditioned unit on the water on a hot July 4th holiday. Central to both sides od the bay to visit with son and his family who came to the area by sailboat and other family camping in Fairhaven. Sufficiently stocked and set up for our two night stay. Bonus being able to walk to the nearby bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Thanks."
