“Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property was dirty when we arrived making our stay a little uncomfortable. It was sufficient for what we used it for, but that was only because we were out touring the surrounding area for most of the day and only stayed at the home to sleep. The property has great potential, but we would recommend more effort into cleaning up the inside and yard.”

“We had about a 40min drive from Rochester Ny I had booked the Treehouse cabin 1 night for Father’s Day upon our arrival they was finishing cleaning up our cabin one of the staff members gave me my key once I got in the cabin it was beautiful came with some cooking equipment and utensils bathroom was nice the hot tub was dope even with neighbors we felt like we was the only people there everyone was respectful I will definitely be back and next time for a longer stay!”

“Hotel Canandaigua was very well maintained and clean, friendly staff and the rooms were cleaned and were nicely done for the guest and waiting for them. That’s more comfortable very well Lit at night and lots of parking.”

“Very convenient as it is on the main street, close to the museum, restaurants and canal. Convenient parking. Not many amenities but that isn’t why we chose the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“The room had a tub that was disgusting. Instead of resolving the staff commented the housekeeping was gone for the day and it was probably the "pipes". Service - we were 9 minutes early for dinner on the Castle and they refused to seat us so we stood there until 6:30. There were plenty of empty tables! Our server was gone most of the meal and I had to get another server to find her. Front desk personnel were dismissive and rude. Not a good overall experience and I would no lat recommend this……

“Run down, hardly any staff. My toilet was filthy and unflushed when we arrived. The front desk said Maintenence had already gone home and he didn’t know what to do so I found the supply closet, a few cleaning supplies, and cleaned it myself. Pool was advertised but there was only a hot tub that wasn’t hot. Terrible breakfast- microwaved eggs and sausage. One toaster and one waffles maker for a fully booked hotel. The walls and floors were dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Laundry worked well, we……
