“Owners are wonderful and accommodating. Nicest persons.”

“The staff went out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable. She is vegetarian and the staff made her special foods without us even asking. She walks with a cane and they accommodated her by giving us an Ocean view room next to the restaurant to make her stay as comfortable as possible. The food was farm to table and very delicious. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. The turtle watching tour that was arranged by the hotel was very Insightful. I plan on staying again on my next……

“Staff were polite but not responsive to customer requests. E.g. The room safe was not working and no one came to fix. The TV also didn't work. It's noisy from loud music playing at the bar, as other reviews noted. It's a basic clean 3 star hotel. Chose it for It's proximity to airport and places to eat.”

The customer service was exceptional and a special shout-out goes to Tania at the front desk. She is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, provided a tour of the facility and was genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from our very first conversation on the phone and that level of service continued throughout……
