“The cottage is very cozy and very clean and easy to find. The location was isolated enough that you couldn't hear the traffic but close enough to the highway to make access easy. It was a bit strange that there was no microwave. The cottage is mainly heated with a wood stove, but we were really not supplied with the things we needed to start a fire. And the property was not even close to being accessible for anyone with leg issues or injuries because of the steps without railings and the tub……

“What a gorgeous and special place. We literally gasped when we saw the view of the bay and ocean from this apartment. The couch was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious, and the yard was full of blooming flowers and happy birds. Trinidad is a very walkable community and this was the perfect home base right nextdoor to a great local restaurant too. “Don't know if there could be a better bnb in Trinidad. Maybe the best bnb we've ever encountered. The room was very spacious and clean. The view of the harbor from our room was amazing. The location is perfect. Tyler is a top-notch innkeeper- incredibly competent and accommodating. We would love to come back and stay here again. ”

“This house was everything we expected and more. It had terrific ocean views, very easy beach access, clean linens, many cooking supplies, and a nice grill and outdoor patio. The host was available, but gave us our privacy. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Pro tip: A good restaurant, called the Moonstone Grill, is across the street. Make a reservation on Open Tables and walk over.”

“What a special place! We had a spectacular stay at this charming and cozy farmhouse. The kids loved s’mores around the fire pit and visiting with the farm animals. It was a great home base for our Redwoods adventures.”

“The bones of the place were very nice. It's set-up to be cozy and comfortable. However, running communications through a middleman management company is never fun. Answers to questions are not directly addressed. The views from the outer lounge area are not really 'ocean view picture ready'. Telephone poles and lines and limited views through a clearing in the tree's. The hot tub worked great and was a nice addition.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Tyler was great - helped with places to eat, welcomed us and communicated throughout our stay. Room is soooo comfortable, with a table next to the window to look out over the ocean. Same view from the extraordinarily comfy bed. Super clean with lots of amenities. Great location too for walking to the water and nearby trails. Breakfast was one of the best I've had - poached egg on sourdough, pear with anise, oatmeal with blueberries and OJ. Even made coffee for us……
