“The property is very old. The doors and windows have lots of open crevices so bugs can easily come inside. There were tons of spiders actively around the home along with crazy looking centipedes. Nothing poisonous which was good. The back door doesn’t align to the lock so it has to be lifted up so that you can lock the dead bolt. The view is fantastic. I enjoyed the large window door in the mornings to look out at the lake but that was probably the best part. No cooking vent and the windows……

“Property was great..we had 3 truck and boats rigs. Plenty of room for all the fisherman that fish Shasta. Was up there for annual Bass fishing championship. The host was very easy to communicate with and texted right back with any answers to questions.”

“House was clean and cute. There were spider webs in the living room and a ton of wasps outside. The deck off the living room was nice when you weren't running from the wasps. The upper deck, however, is terrifying. It's extremely wobbly. The beds were comfy and clean. There are three really creepy built in cabinet/crawl spaces. I wish they were locked. We ended up moving a dresser in front of the one in the master bedroom and blocking the one in the master closet with a bunch of luggage. The……

“Property is amazing! It's secluded and perfect for a family/group getaway. It is about a half hour from the nearest grocery store so come prepared with all your fixings. The glamping tent was romantic and cozy-the only thing I would say that you might need to be prepared is a small heater. We came when it got down to 55 degrees at night. There were plenty of blankets provided, but we also brought a small propane powered space heater and it was perfect! The area where the outdoor kitchen is……

“Wonderful home to stay at! Great home for vacationing at the lake and surrounding attractions. A/c worked great, the kitchen and bbq are awesome. Love the views and watching nature from the balcony. Overall one of the best homes we have stayed at in the area. Very private.”
