The apartment was well located, access via the app was easy and it was cosy inside. It was however, very basic inside. It had three beds but lacked sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses, no tea towels, a broom or dustpan and brush would have been helpful. Inadequate storage for toiletries in the bathroom and it was necessary to lean over the toilet to reach the sink. Toilet paper stored on the side when we arrived was wet from sink splashing. This was all easy to remedy with more hooks and shelves. The worst thing was outside there was rubbish, including toiletries and used sanitary products all scattered by the front door. The excuse was the storms- but is wasn’t cleared during our 5 day trip and surely a simple clip on the bins could avoid this. It was really horrible arriving at the apartment to this.

Huge impressive villa with loads of space and a grand balcony perfect for viewing the Aurora (which we did nightly in early September). Nice short walk to the local Extra supermarket. Would have been 5* if the undertaking to meet and introduce us to the villa had been fulfilled. No one came and some aspects (eg the cooking facilities, the wonderful coffee maker; the microwave etc - all actually very impressive) took us a few days to understand and manage.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean, great views across the city and with such easy access to the city centre.

We stayed 4 nights in February and absolutely loved the apartment. It's new, clean place with all the amenities and stunning views of Tromso and surroundings.

Room was great, spacious and a great bathroom & shower. The breakfast was delicious & the staff were amazing. Good location & a short walk into the centre.
