The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. “The house was lovely, located in a great location right on the lake. Easy entry, very clean and they had everything I needed. All cabinets, drawers, etc were labeled so I had no problems finding what I needed. Didn’t take any boats out or go on the water, but I did fish from the dock. Neighbors were very nice. Overall, 5 stars, I would definitely go back.”

“There were a lot of extras supplied by the host. They had toys in the laundry area, along with games and puzzles that my grandkids could play. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind.
