“Perfect stay for an overnight business trip.”

“The price is right, it was clean and they allowed pets. But, it is an upstairs apartment of an old house in the Lakeside neighborhood with low slanted ceiling height in the entry and bathroom. It is about 3 miles to a public beach. Parking is on the street. The stairs are at a high angle and the railing is falling off the wall. Be careful. The property is not wheelchair accessible. The TV could not be controlled from the remote. There was only a bathtub - no shower.”

“Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!”

“The place was a beautiful Victorian home. Well decorated and comfortable warm and friendly. Our host was amazing. Eric prepared the most beautiful breakfast in the morning far beyond continental style. You cannot beat his omelette or his pancakes. The home is located in an excellent spot. The host was very personable and accommodating. The coffee was ready throughout the day nonstop. And the hot water for tea. highly recommend staying there a wonderful getaway.”

“Staff was not the type to go above and beyond. Breakfast was cold. Looks like they are renovating the rooms were very nice. Fitness center is not open 24/7 if that is your thing. I think things are going in the right direction for the hotel but I think this is a transition so there will be growing pains.”

“It sufficed. We were there for 2 nights, but briefly. We were busy much of the time. Breakfast was too busy to go to. Went down the street and that was amazing”
