"Single rooms look nothing like in the pictures. I checked in to 'Melbourne hostel' but got put into 'Germany hostel'. They charge an extra fee for cleaning and for the key when you check in. Got to my room, TV and aircon doesn't work, no towel for the shower. If you have a little more money, I highly recommend paying slightly more for an actual budget hotel. You will thank yourself for it."
