I had some hiccups on arrival: They charged me the full payment in cash - even though the stay was already paid via Hotels.com. It was also the full rate, without the bonus nights subtracted. I had ordered an Executive room with city view - but was given one with no view (i.e. looking into a dark air shaft wall). I complained and got another room with an even smaller window, again with a view into an air shaft wall. On the third attempt I finally got upgraded to the top floor room with a balcony and a stunning view over the Hanoi Old Quarter rooftops. I also got the cash refunded, so everything turned out fine in the end, and the stay was great. The problems are perhaps linked to the hotel recently changing hands; it still had a lot of equipment saying "Paradise Hotel". I can definitely recommend this place, and hope my problems were the exception.

Hotellet är vad man kan förvänta sig för det priset, man får det man betalar för. Bra läge och nära till allt. Tyvärr stopp i dusch och dåligt städat.
