I have never had such a disappointing travel experience where I had to spend over $5000 for 5 days. I understand that Bermuda is an expensive place to stay but to be treated by the staff as though I was a burden was simply unacceptable.
The room was clean and the view was nice but there was water damage, paint peeling, lack of pillows and bedding and no room cleaning throughout. To access the property you have to climb a very steep hill and just outside of the entrance there are garbage trucks that smell horrible. The general manager said some very odd and off putting things when we were checking in. The one helpful person was Curtis the driver, but he's only one person who could only do so much. When I asked for assistance to get somewhere I was given none.
I would not recommend this property.
