Pool was beautiful, restaurant was good.
Our room was in a very unpleasant location, We thought we were in the basement. Very musty smell, however the room was clean. I asked if the room a1/2 level above was vacant, and I was told no, yet no party ever occupied the room.
We were under the impression this was a deluxe room, and when you look at your advertisement this was in no way that room. It was well below deluxe.
I guess it is true, that any bookings through Expedia are blocks of less desirable rooms, by our experience this is true.
Also, it was advertised that a water shuttle was available from the hotel to Hamilton across the bay, this is not true, the boat ceased running well before we got to the hotel. This was a draw for us and not being in service disappointed us. Even though they had a shuttle car, which was very good, we were disappointed.
