The staff was very helpful ,telling me theyre was a shuttle at the hospital that would pick up ar hotel and take to Tucson Medical Center, they call for you fromthe front desk(except on weekend,) as I had a patient in there, so it was very convenient. Grab and Go cafe was very convenient, Coffeemaker in room,and bottled water was nice.And IHOP being a few steps away was nice.

We stayed in a "Club level Access" room. The room smelled stall and it was slightly dirty. They really didn't clean the bathroom well and there was hair on the floor in the bedroom area. I would strongly encourage everyone to just stay in a regular room bc the "Club Level" is not worth paying for. The breakfast was just ok. Honestly could have gotten a better breakfast of the same quality as McDonalds. The best part of our breakfast was the waitress. We loved her! For the evening, We were also given a choice of 2 apps or 1 app and 1 beer or a wine. I choose the 2 apps and it was a joke. One was the "Cheese plate" which was about 5 warm sweaty cheese cubes/clumps with 5 deli sliced salami and round white crackers. I also got the Bread with dipping oil. I wish i took a picture bc it was a half of a piece of toast, cold, and a single skinny long breadstick with oil and vinegar to dip. That was not worth spending an extra $40 a night on. You also have to use these tickets in their bar area that was deserted, when we went in, there was a guy who was drinking at the bar and he stood up when we were trying to figure out what to do and just said Hi. I had to ask if he worked there because it was just weird. We stayed 3 nights and only used it that first night.

Couple glitches. Entrance door wouldnt open. Elevator door stuck open after we got out. Room nice, quiet. Cant take good shower without getting head wet. Restaurant good. Lobby very nice.

This property was great. The beds were somewhat comfortable. They provided complimentary water and coffee daily. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. Great pool, hot tub, and quiet gazebo area. At night there are fire pits to sit around and one night had live music. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Staff was friendly. I will stay here again on my next visit.
