Room had issues-restaurant did not!

The air conditioner was a problem. It was reported and we were told it was fixed. We returned to our room and it was not fixed. Also the smell of sulfur was very strong in the bathroom. Also told them about that and it was not fixed (which we understand could be a bigger issue). The restaurant however was great for a casual but healthy and delicious dinner and breakfast!

This is a nice hotel. Service is always great. You pay a little more because of the location to U of A. Free parking on the weekend is nice.

Campus visit

Perfect place to be if you have to visit U of A. It is walking distance to everything. Don't spend money though on room service. Several places to eat across the street that has better food and cheaper to eat.
