Would not turn lights on in the reception area- would not turn AC on in the reception area/hallways or Breakfast area- was literally 86 degrees!!!! Room was clean, reception lady was very nice. Short Indian guy- the manager/ Not nice- refused to turn on AC or lights. Chairs out front were literally the plastic ones from Walmart. Dirty and broken. The pool was covered- like for the winter/ not able to use. Kids disappointed. No timeline to open the pool in the future,

Automatically after exiting we felt like we were in a bad area. A lot of unsafe feelings and vibes. Lots of people walking around and homeless looking people. As soon as we walked in there was a strong smell. Not a clean one either. Like they were covering a bad smell. No one was at the front desk we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help us. Wouldn’t check us in early. Felt uneasy as we walked out there were strange people and homeless people out front trying to go inside. Called asking for a refund. No luck. Called Expedia for customer service help thinking if I explained how I felt unsafe letting my family stay here that they might help find a way to get a refund. They called the hotel manager who denied a refund then the Expedia customer service woman hung up on me. I tried to call the hotel after and the manager “wasn’t there, he just left” everything about this hotel was sketchy and bad vibes. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures and it was a waste of $ that I can’t get back. We booked on a Friday and went Saturday to check in and decided absolutely not we aren’t staying in this sketchy unsafe place. Wish Expedia would make it right but I will call the hotel and complain to the manager on Monday. A WASTE OF $112 I will never get back. I opted to pay over $220 for a hotel last minute for the safety of my family. DON’T BOOK HERE!!!!!

Stayed for 7 nights while on business with first night being this past Tuesday. Their room cleaning policy apparently is to clean every 3 days. Saturday afternoon comes and my room still hasn't been cleaned. Granted I'm not a messy person, but living out of a hotel room trash bins start to pile up, no more clean towels, hell I was only provided a half used roll of toilet paper with no spares. Lobby and hallways smelled like a boys locker room from 2007, in that, someone set off an axe body spray bomb, presumably to mask the weird smell of the rooms. when my room was finally "cleaned" on Sunday afternoon. My bed was made and new towels left, but no trash cans or trash bags were removed. Overall I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in, but it was not worth the money I paid to stay. This is a $60/night hotel at the most, even though I booked all my nights in a row. My rate varied from $84-$140. Will not be booking with them again

Just not close enough to be called good.
While the stay was affordable, I had expected a bit better than average stay. Upon check in everything to the motel looked updated and clean however once in our room was a mix of new and something's where outdated/broken and no care was given to the obvious cleanliness to the walls from boogies on the walls near the beds and in the bathroom walls. The towels you could tell have seen to many bodies. As far as broken items, where the mini fridge (more like freezer) missing all it's inside trays etc. lampshade was missing on the desk. The towels bar in bathroom is was completely gone and the door security guard lock was busted. Yet the furniture was newer, and you could smell paint as if somewhat been freshened up. So it was almost but just not there. The food for breakfast was mediocre, a few options that'll at least fill you up quick.
