“Check-in was easy, however the lock on our original room door wasn't working so we had to be given a different room. This was fine, except we had to wait a bit for the new room to be cleaned. Due to the room swap, the new room didn't appear to have the full refresh completed, as we only had a partial roll of toilet paper that ran out before our stay had concluded. We were not at the hotel during their office hours so there was no opportunity to ask for more. The first room smelled of bleach;……
