“Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect.”

“The pools were clean, the coffee shop was great, the restaurant was convenient but not bad food, the room itself was spacious, it was definitely dated but I wouldn’t call it dirty. For the price you couldn’t beat it! The walk to the beach was strenuous so if you have small children/ are a bit older I wouldn’t recommend it but it was about 15 mins as advertised. They were clearly renovating so I’m sure shortly it will be fantastic. Only negative was that the layout was difficult to navigate……

“My wife and I stayed in an Ocean Upper in May 2026. It was a very high level resort experience. The grounds are lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and has several levels of seating from which to watch the sea and the sunsets. Our room was in great condition and very clean. “Be sure to clarify what specific room you are getting prior to your trip. Ours what not the same level of quality as the one we had expected. And after a couple days of investigating we realized there was bat droppings falling on our bed and they were unable to move us to another room until whole 24 hours later. We had to rearrange the furniture to move the bed to a "safe zone" to sleep. All of it was unfortunate. The kid the front desk tried to be helpful, but wasn't really able to do……

Definitely a lot of steps especially for us because we were on the lowest floor so it’s three flights down and then three flights up plus another three flights up to the pool but everywhere in St. Thomas is a ton of stairs and walking so if you’re not prepared for that I don’t know what to tell you.
