"Clean house, any complaints of things that weren’t working correctly were addressed the same day and fixed the same day. Clean environment. Waterpark is super clean and nice. House was perfect for our family of 18. "

"We didn't use the swim park as the temperatures were a bit cold, but we did really like the unit and felt like the staff was friendly and helpful. We also found it a convenient place to stay close to Disney parks for the most part. "

"The condo we stayed in was a 10 minute walk to the main hotel lobby/bldg. We also had the option of their shuttle but area is delightful & weather perfect so we chose to walk. 1st condo we were checked into was very musty smelling. They quickly accommodated us & moved us to another one. 3 bd 3 bath units are good size with nice balcony’s. I will definitely come back to reunion. My only complaint is that the hotel lobby bar/restaurant should be opened for both day/evening hours given its lovely setting. Daytime dining options are casual sandwich style and golf club feels. "
