“Room was clean in the places that mattered (Bed Sheets, Toilet, Sink, Tub Floor) but certain areas were left without TLC. I.E. hair dryer was broken and had mystery gunk stuck to it, as did the shower head, the refrigerator/freezer had mystery gunk/an odor, there was a random hole punched through the bathroom floor tile, mold lining the caulking in the tub, mystery gunk stuck to the rolling desk chair, the same desk chair was busted, and for some reason there was an insane amount of moths in……

“Yes several stores to shop and NO pool was shut down. The hotel inside had construction. Breakfast ok no sausage.”

“Staff were very helpful. I forgot his name, but the young man that checked me in was very friendly. The moment I walked he engaged in conversation with me, answered all my questions. He is a great representative of your hotel. I was in town with my 8 year old granddaughter, she said we made the right choice with this hotel. I do not like being charged to park, I see no reason to charge someone extra when I am already staying at your property. Being handicapped, I couldn’t park elsewhere……

“no phone in the room, no USB plug. the chair is very bad, old, the leather has been infected. the price is high compared to the facility. ”

“The property was clean, location was very convenient, and staff were friendly. My only issue was the door. While it did lock properly, there was no weather strip to seal the huge gap all the way around the door. This let in light, noise, and a few bugs. ”

“Very dark and lighting was poor for getting ready for a wedding. ”

“No continental breakfast, lumited gym, room was infested with bugs.”
