"I usually don’t write reviews but felt inclined to do so for this stay… and it’ll be brief. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast included eggs and omelettes made to order. They also had bikes onsite available for riding which was great for my younger child. I would definitely consider staying here again if ever I’m back in Idaho Falls."

"The breakfast was okay, a quick bit options. Staff was okay, no one was ever at the front desk, had to ring for service. Rooms were clean. No extras really. Weight room is very small. The biggest problem was the paper thin walls! We had a second story room and the people above us were stompers, moving furniture all night(the sounds,) with a crying baby! Upon checkout we were not the only ones complaining about the noisy night and lack of sleep. Wouldn’t book here in the future."

"Place was great except for the fact that ants took over our room as we slept. To be fair we had a cat, which was free for the stay and that was nice. But her food attracted tons of ants over night. Also when we took showers the steam set of the smoke detector…. Repeatedly. There were 3 of us staying and we set off the smoke detector after every shower. Other than that staff was great, super nice. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. Would recommend."

"AVOID THIS HOTEL. Save yourself the trouble, and pay $20 for a better place. How I wish we would have done that. There are so many issues, not sure where to start. I will just list them off: One of the exterior doors didn't work. The room we reserved (double "queen") had full beds, not queens. The bathroom door was replaced with a janky barn door that didn't stay shut, and didn't have a lock. And it was done very, very poorly. The shower water was luke warm. They have no pack and plays for kids. They never brought us extra bedding that we requested for our baby to sleep on. The phone didn't even work to call the front desk. Whoever was working on the night of April 16 was too worried about getting off work to help us. There is no sound proofing between rooms. The WINDOW on the second floor opens wide up, nothing, not even a screen, to stop someone from falling out! Truat me, I could go on. The one decent thing was a warm pool, but that doesn't make up for how ridiculous our experience was. We seriously considered packing up in the middle of the night and going to another place. I will never stay here again, and would never recommend this place to anyone in good conscious. You and your family deserve better."
