“The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure!”

“The stairs are very steep, it’s obviously very historical and they have them as the original stairs but we had to carry our dogs up and down the stairs each time and we ended up having our parents sleep on an air mattress on the first floor. There is a bedroom downstairs just no bed, adding a bed on the first floor would make things perfect. I hate to put anything negative on here but I feel like people need to take this into account when renting. ”

“Beautiful home with plenty of room for all 17 family members. (Ages 3-91 years old.) The house was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. We will want to stay here again next time we visit Wichita! ”

“We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Check in was easy. Place was clean and nice.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights while our kids were at sports camps. The house has beautiful woodwork and windows. The beds were comfy and the showers had great pressure. Everyone was too tired for the hot tub but loved the massage chair. Overall a great space. Alex was great and responsive! Thanks!”

“We stayed here to attend a graduation at Wichita State university and it was in a great location. Truly 12-14 minutes from everything. Both driveway and street parking and the keypad check in was a breeze. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of couch space as well. Just a note that two of the bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom and the other bathroom is attached to the master downstairs. Would definitely return.”
