“The photos all show sunny rooms with large windows. For the same price we were put in a dark room in the basement where the air felt stale and the windows were only big enough to see the feet of people walking by and the tires of cars driving by. We asked to be put in a different room but were told the hotel was full. Later that night I checked online and found that was not true. The online site showed there was a room available but it was bigger and more expensive than the one we reserved. It……

“這家旅館就在市中心的City Center, 步行到許多地方都非常方便！服務人員態度很好，雖然照正下午三點才能入住，但我們從遊輪下來、抵達旅館的時候才早上10點！櫃檯的人員12點就讓我們入住房間了！我們住在4樓，落地窗推開外面還有個小陽台，種的花很有情調！早餐也很豐富！”

“In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am……
