Terrible experience, we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We were put in a room that was basically a loft, huge opening in the wall (12ft x5ft) that over looked the living room. Not a closed 2nd bedroom, no privacy, no air circulation, no fan, no windows to open. Asked for another room. Was told no, we’re booked and short staffed so can’t move you. The room was so old and dingy. The kitchen cabinets had chipped paint, falling off, old and dirty. Staff was horrendous and not at all helpful asked for extra fans twice, never delivered. Spoke with mgr and GM, was told same thing, basically, you get what you get!
Do not waste your hard earned money for a terrible resort.
