The only feedback is for the broken parking elevator and lack of help with transporting luggage as it can be quite the maze and trek from the front lobby."

"Amazing hotel! It’s super close to the train station, and the Colosseum is just about a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which makes getting around really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and it offered plenty of amenities. Love that you can wash your clothes before taking off. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay at one of their other properties in the future."
