Very close proximity to several waterfalls which were perfect for this time of year with the high water and ice. Just missed the snow so was able to hike in reg shoes.”

“This place was great for a family of 4! Plenty of space! The kitchen stocked everything we needed and then some. Very short drive to skiing. Joey the host was super responsive with any questions I had. There was a nice stocked keurig machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The only downfall we had was the beds were super stiff. We would for sure stay here again!”

“I came to Ironwood to Nordic ski. The rental is about a 5 min drive to the Wolverine Summit parking lot and about 18 min from ABR. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Jake was very prompt and friendly helping ”

“A very nice and cutely decorated place. The condo was very clean and served our needs. The building is a little old and did slightly smell, but it was not noticeable once in the condo. Overall a great place and would stay again! ”

“This place was located perfectly between the park and the main drag where all the food is. And the kids lost their minds every time they walked out the door and saw Lake Michigan with a big cargo ship setting in port. My wife loved the coffee bar available to use. I would say if I would have to criticize anything I would say we should have picked a place with two bathrooms but that’s on us. On days all 6 of us came back at the same time to get ready for bed didn’t work out too well. The beds are……

“We stayed at this old hotel property many years ago, and so we chose to return and try this updated unit. There were plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. Our hosts provided great communication and made the check in process easy and convenient. The location is close to plenty of skiing and Bessemer and Ironwood provided grocery and restaurant options. The building is older and does present some minor issues with temperature control, but it was also very quiet and we heard……

"The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
