“Room was simple but comfy - plenty of space. Staff were friendly as always. Location is great - near NMU and most importantly coffee shops, brew pubs, and restaurants. I used the laundry - which was easy and convenient. 24 hour coffee and cookies much appreciated. Check-in and out were fast and easy.”

“I love this place! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room and he got me one. The room is spotless (the whole building is spotless). I had everything I needed. I could heat or cool the room easily. I could open the window a bit for fresh air when I wanted some. I loved the big refrigerator, the sink, the toaster, microwave, and plenty of counter space. I made myself at home because I was here for a week. We had snow and they cleaned the parking space……

“Hotel is beautiful!!! Our only complaint is the water pressure. I have long, thick hair. It took what seemed like forever to rinse my hair. Otherwise this hotel is beautiful. We'll be back for a 4th time!”

“We stayed here last year and thought it was fair for the price, but after our stay this year it has declined significantly and not even worth the price we paid. The room was dirty, although the bedding was clean..we had to clean the chairs and table before we could use them and the sauna floor was un-swept and dirty. Would not recommend staying here.”
