We were close enough to downtown to partake of everything Marquette has to offer, well within numerous beautiful hiking spots, and the convenience store is quirky and charming. "we stopped here on our way up from the lower peninsula to porcupine Mountain State Park. Nice little restful spot to chill out on the beach and enjoy the lake and sauna.
