“The toilet leaks, causing water on the floor that smelled like urine, the shower curtain was too short and leaked water on the floor, they gave us a handicap room which we didn’t need or want”

“Lakeside room was wonderful! The outdoor space made for a relaxing evening listening to the waves. The room was clean and just what we needed for a night. The bed was really firm but for one night it was fine.”

“The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location in general was very good and our view of lake Michigan was pretty cool. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it. We really wanted to use the hot tub but it was not operating. The staff was friendly and there was a nice little free continental breakfast in the lobby. The Roku TV was a bit complicated (for streaming) but we ended up figuring it out; I imagine that some folks wouldn't have been able……
