"This place is amazing. None of us wanted to leave, especially once the cows arrived! It is a little ways outside of town, but very easy to get places. Very quiet, very clean, has everything you need, including bread, milk, and eggs! The water pressure was really nice and everything worked well! You can tell that they owners put lot of thought and consideration into the lodges. The property is really nice too, with ponds and chickens. The hostess is very responsive and helped us get discounted...

"I don’t even know where to start. We fell in love with the shepherd’s hut just looking at the pictures. The reality was so much more! It was a 5* experience! Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, amazing views, very private and secluded, cooking wise everything you may need, big bathroom and a powerful shower. Games, wonderfully smelling fresh towels, beautiful grounds, not to mention fresh milk, butter, croissants, yoghurts. Stephen greeted us upon arrival and he was the most accommodating and discreet...

"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"First impressions were amazing, looks exactly like the photos, also very clean and tidy! Had a look around to find a nice surprise in the fridge (thank you), also found some games which was a nice touch. Everything worked, so there was no need to bother the hosts during our stay, but we were struggling to get an uber on our last day and stayed a little over our check out time, this is when Alex came over and asked if everything was ok and provided us with a local taxi company.Definitely...
